Order process

Most of the items are for pre-order! This is only for those who are willing to wait.
Merch production and packaging may take a month.
Tracking numbers will be sent via email.

Shipping details

Please make sure your shipping details are correct and if it is in the couriers’s serviceable area ~ HERE
Orders are sent as registered mail, Estimated arrival is 7-30 days once shipped out.
Possible delays that occur once the parcel is sent to the courier are out of my hands.
The Receiver will be responsible for any custom fees, taxes etc.

GOs & Bulk Orders

For bulk/group orders, please contact me via X.
There are chances that the shipping fee will change, I will send an invoice via paypal for the additional fee.

Refund / Return Policy

Products are non-refundable!
Refunds are only acceptable in these cases
Return packages can be sent again but shipping will be covered by the buyer.

Missing items / incomplete orders
Lost parcel - you will receive a full refund for the shipping fee OR 50% refund of the items you ordered, whichever is the lowest.
